Yes it’s Pinza... I am talking about, the new restaurant in town which serves assortment of pizza options in Mushrif Park, Abudhabi. When we decided to head over, even we had the doubt ! is it pizza or’pinza’ ?, the doubt simplified when we reached the door ..its clearly written “PINZA” 🙂 .
I think many of the Abudhabi foodies are still not aware on Pinza, located inside Mushrif Park. You need to pay an entry fee of 5 dhs to get into the park, but once you enter in, you can spend the entire day by visiting a small zoo inside, games, water fun and much more the park offers. So it’s not a wastage if you thinking about the 5 dhs.
Outside of the restaurant is very plain with no catchy flex board to get peoples attraction however when you get in , you can find a small, neat and cute restaurant emphasis on greenery theme and white furniture’s .
As i mentioned before it’s a restaurant where you can find various pizza options starting from tandoori chilly pizza to nutella pizzas, however you cannot find great choice for drinks here other than usual soft drinks and flavored tea.
The restaurant claims the signature of Pinza is their Pizza base, with water : flour mix in the ratio 80: 20 Usually you cannot find a base with this much less percentage of flour mix. It’s very healthy and each base is only around 240 kcal.
the above are the ones we tried from their menu , Unlike to other pizza, base is extremely thin and crunchy and the taste is unbeatable, so you don’t feel heavy after having this Pizza. Moreover the base of the pizza is only 270 kcal so it’s easy to digest when compared with other Pizzas.
Let us get on the details of the Pizzas we tried
Note : on certain pictures you can find pizzas in half and half portions, and this customized Pizza is made specially for photo purpose and they don’t sell 2 pizzas in one.
Pinzafied Margherita (Aed 50) – this is one of the best sellers of Pinza, my favorite as well the crust is super thin loaded with exhilarating fresh tomato base, cherry tomatoes, burrata and basil.
And for veg, they have some brilliant options Truffle Goodness (Aed 50) and Amalfi (Aed 50) concocted with loads of veggies, herbs and sauces.
Totally twisted (Aed 50) and Tandoori Chicken (Aed 50) – if you want to try ‘hot’ from here you can very well go for Tandoori Chicken, Totally Twisted is less spicy with beef.
Nutella W / Banana Pizza (Aed 25) .…. I just finished it in 5 min, it’s a platter of deliciousness ..must mus must try ….not just the kids 😉 it’s good in a while to neglect about our calories and indulged in what we love the most .
If Pizza is your cup of tea , then Pinza is for you!!!! I assure you won’t regret 🙂 They also do home delivery with a charge of 5 Aed. The service was very pleasing special mention to Suman.
This was an invited review however the opinions are purely my own!!!
