The more I am exploring Abudhabi the more I am realising that there are many places that yet to fall in my eyes, one of such last week food exploration was in ‘WATERLEMON’ located at Al-Batten, Abudhabi.
Don’t get confused with the name its ‘WATERLEMON’ and not ‘WATERMELON’ 😉
Waterlemon is a nature inspired, eco-friendly restaurant offering International cuisines located in Al Batten, where you find array of restaurants in waterfront promenade overlooking Etihad Tower.
Having indoor and outdoor dining facilities we preferred to sit inside near the greenery wall. The restaurant has large spacing with modernistic interiors and golden lights is perfect for a candle night dinner 😉 .Greenery wall, an open salad counter for health conscious friends and an open kitchen is the look and feel of Waterlemon.

We were served by a lovely hostess (forgot her name), she was very friendly and was frequently checking our comfort level. One thing I like here was, after each course they were changing plates without our request.
Now lets get back to food.
We started with delicious Dynamite Shrimp (Aed 46), medium spicy prawns cooked to perfection with decent number of shrimps in bowl served with peanut butter dip.
Hot Buffalo Wings (Aed 37) this is another ravishing dish of the night with succulent chicken cooked with chilli sour sauce and blue cheese dip.
Garlic Parmesan Wings (Aed 39) recommended dish which you cannot be missed if you visiting here.
For my little guy we had Chicken Strips (Aed 26) breaded chicken with cocktail sauce – extreme crispy on the outside however chicken slightly over-cooked.
All Appetizers were perfect with respect to quality and quantity.
From the SALAD section we had Watermelon Salad (Aed 79) fresh colorful veggies of pumpkin seeds, artichoke,orange segment, rocca, mozzarella served with orange balsamic dressing.
Drinks Blue Water (Aed 39) & Strawberry Fruity Mojito ( Aed 32) though blue water was very eye appealing but with taste strawberry nailed it.
Pastas and Pizzas section we had an interesting item Black Pepperoni Pizza (Aed 65)
Their menu has seamless choices to try, from their suggestion for the MAINS we tried
Black Angus Fillet (Aed 95), angus served with spinach, grilled tomato and pomme neuf, this didn’t won my palatte.
Giant Vol-au-vent Chicken (Aed 60) – if you wish to try something interesting I suggest you to try this its a pastry well filled with creamy chicken and pesto sauce.
Dessert we had Chocolate Fondant ( Aed 39) with vanilla ice cream .
My weekend starts from here Waterlemon @waterlemonuae, we were totally spoilt for lip-smacking choices from the menu, thanks team for the fabulous night and impressive hospitality.
